There was one case that got publicity where a school was censoring kid's faces on pictures from the sports day posted on their school website. It got picked up and put in 'The Sun' which should really be called 'The Daily Paranoia'. Some people overreact and make stupid rules and most of that is because the very same media that will then go big on how silly the rules are go to pains to whip up hysteria and paranoia about how every other person on the street is looking to rape and murder your child. The extreme cases such as that school are just that, extreme.
