to be honest i am fed up of kids having everything they werar and do analised in case a pervert gets turned on by it.

in the uk, kids are wearing g-strings, which while i think is a bit off, if they want to wear it, its up to them (they sell g-strings for kids).

often in supermarkets in the uk you see kids in full makup. personaly i do not think they should not be wearing it in case it atracks perverts, but that (1) its doing there skin no good, and (2) often they look like a clown, and i am suprised there parents let them go out in puplic looking so daft.
