    CandidCam? - Anybody?

    Hi folks,

    Does anybody have a valid contact email(s) for the guys at candidcam?

    I've tried emailing 3 times and I've still heard nothing. Thinking about cancelling the agreement we have for their feeds.

    Anybody else had any problems with the feeds or/and contacting them?

    We spend a lot per month and i expect better.

              Hi Brett, same old same old i'm afraid. I've tried emailing you 3 times now to cancel our feeds but no response. Please take this as further notice that we are cancelling the usage of your feeds from today and that i do not expect any more billing from candid. Please feel free to respond to this thread...

                  Has anybody heard from CandidCam lately?

                  I never get email responses from them even though i am/was an existing customer for over 3 years. I really would advise against using them. Support is absolutely shocking.
