If the premise is that a white who graduated college is smarter than a white who didnt, then you could probably say that.

Then again, once you break things down that far you can also see that their own home states went more for them overall. It's also interesting to see what the poll says is the states' overall percentage of grad/non-grad.

You could also just say that if you're white and living in Georgia and didnt graduate college, you are considered a statistical minority, so who cares what you think lol. There's a lot you could come up with from something broken down so far, and newspapers and tv shows make ratings by focussing so narrowly on it.
