          Feedburner its great and my visitors really like the email update option. You can find it under the Publicize tab.

              I've used it but it seems like a way to just brag about how many visitors you have on your site. I would like to get subscribed people but it's not like a mainstream blog, so I think using any feed (yours or feedburner) + their email option works best.
