    Need Some Advice

    I want to use this picture of Albert that i found on google as a logo on one of my forums, can i get in trouble for this, how do i find out.

      The website you hotlinked it from, think they have a signed release for that pic?

      Just put it up, I seriously doubt that anyone will drag your ass into court over one of the most used pics on the interwebs. If anyone complains, just take it down, although I have a hard time imagining anyone will.

              no, this pic was printed at the thousandns of books and other open sources. and it's really old
