DRM as you probably know it is already dead, per se....but there are new forms of DRM coming out almost daily. In fact, yesterday I got a preview of the new ENCRYPTED Flash video streaming solution that will be available in just a few weeks. It will actually encrypt the video between the server and the client on the fly.

There will always be people trying to build a better mousetrap.
