Word of advice if you intend to buy soemthing do not make the seller wait even a second for the cash.

If you paid processing fee's by Paypal you can alert paypal, or work out with Lenny that you want the transaction fee's reimbersed by him. It seems like a reasonable request.

If Lenny had the money in hand and disputed the deal afterwards you can get really bored and put a lean on em for the processing fee's incurred by Paypal or even put a lean on him for the deal altogether.

DUnno if you can file Les Pendence on domains but there is always a good time for a first LOL!

Consult an attorney but I believe that can be done.
Best bet is to work with em though and at least get the processing fee's recouped.

Good luck all.
The amount is insignificant. The only reason I give a damn is it was purchased for a client that really wanted them. The only reason the seller waited for the cash is they didn't answer ICQ and when they posted an email for me to contact them they mentioned they were going to bed and would get with me later. I would have preferred to pay on the spot and wrap it up.

Oh well.
