    Designers you keep going back to?

    Not someone in house.

    Who are some of the designers that you keep going back to for work here and there? Maybe you need a new logo or header. Maybe you need a template. Maybe you want something nice and web 2.0 or css. Maybe you just need some banners.

    Anyway, who are the designers you rely on that always just do it right? I need to make some new designer contacts for small jobs.

                                                          I've used webinc, but I didn't think about them for small odd jobs. I'm thinking some of the things I'd need a regular designer to do occasionally are;
                                                          - logos
                                                          - header incorporating the logo
                                                          - buttons for a forum like new thread, post reply, etc..
                                                          - css styling
                                                          - bullet icons to match a blog design

                                                          If they can also do below, that'd be exceptional;
                                                          - slice a psd
                                                          - create a wordpress template, from scratch or from a design
                                                          - create a web 2.0 flat template
