Sure, if you're using an impressive amount, it can be assumed you're raking in some nice cash. But you can be on a cheap, small virtual server and still make 6 figs per year, not every way to make money involves having high traffic sites, also, there are some ways to make money, which don't require you running any site at all, like promoting paysites with AdWords directly etc...
