When I was 16 worked as an usher/counter assistant for a cinema it wasent to bad, I was just shit scared of the projectionist as he was gay, he used to allways come over and talk and say shit like you should come up and have a look at the projection room, anyway the popcorn was good so that made up for it...I lasted about a month then worked with my dad on building sites..that was a fucking disaster to because he would get pissed off at something and start taking it out on me.

I worked at Harrods in London during the summer sales for exactly one day. I nearly got trampled by a mob of crazy ladies who all wanted the same purse desperately. English women are vicious animals during the sales!!!!!

Once I was there I found something enjoyable about every job I worked. First I thought the fish store but had alot of laughs. I would say working at a flower shop in NYC after I lost my job and everything I had basically in the recession in the late eighties early 90's. Went from making about $900 a week as a service advisor to $4 a hour worked 70 hrs a week for almost a year. Lived with 3 guys in a one bedroom apt, it sucked huge.The car business opened up again and I was out of there.

I worked at a Jewesh Funeral Home in Miami Beach FL for 6 months in 1992 - Graveyard shift from 10pm to 7am in the morning taking first calls. First calls are when your loved one dies and you call me to pick them up. BRUTLE!

My other shitty job was a mover for United Van Lines but I got ripped at the same time so it evened out lol

I Never had a job, always employed people, dont get me wrong, I think people can learn a lot from working in different jobs.

... I worked at a "Credit Union" which was ran from a 1 bedroom apartment, there were 5 people working (6 including me) in this 15x30 room with one window looking at a mulslim mesquite ... Besides being canned tighter than a tuna... the boss was a real ass (or pussy), he was a nasty homo (nothing against gays... but if you can imagine a gay going through a "menstrual period" then you know what kind of a biatch I dealt with for 1 day)

It was funny because the people who would come in to deposit some checks would see us all cramped and trying to look good with our ties and long shirt sleeves ... (Hr pay = $8) ..lol

The money was great working on the road, with my living allowance, and side incomes i was just about making $10k a month as an operator...

Worst short job: Telemarketer. I started on monday and they had me calling people for the Red Cross to remind them it was time to come in and donate blood again. Did the same on Tuesday. Those days were fine. On Weds they had me calling people in Florida on behalf of Phillip Morris tobacco urging them to call their representative and tell him/her to vote against the increase in cigarette taxes. I made it about two hours (got hung up on a lot) then I asked for the name on the screen. The woman said he wasn't there and asked who I was. I told her who I was and who I was calling for. She then told me he had died about 8 months ago from lung cancer and proceeded to lay into me about how cigarettes had killed him. I asked to be moved to a different job, they said no so I quit.

Worst long job. I worked for Radio Shack right out of high school. They underpay, treat their employees like shit and sell products that they know are broken. It was terrible but somehow I stuck it out for a year and a half. About a year into it we moved the store. I was told I would make more because we would have more traffic. Instead they hired another person so I actually made less. When we moved the store I worked about 75 hours one week including 36 straight as we did the actual move and they were pissed at me for claiming the hours. My manager and the district manager told me not to claim them. I told them if they didn't pay me for them I would turn them into OSHA. We had a stand off and they finally gave in. I quit about 2 months later.

Selling sheepskins on the side of the highway, or door to door meat sales in the low income neighborhoods, 16years old, and taking any job my brother gave me, ufff, surfice it to say, i lasted 3 days w/ the sheepskins (too many women and their stories of being born on one), and about 5 days selling meat ( I realized the guy i was working with had to pack a gun with him b/c when he got jumped by what looked like a gang)... ahhh the fond memories of being a kid :D :D

i am a pretty good golfer and have been since i was about 10 years old. i used to fuck around on the driving range for hours everyday. my favorite thing to do was hit punch 4 irons at the jerk off cart boys as they drove around to pick up balls. there was nothing better than hitting a 150 yard 8ft off the ground line drive shot right into the glass of their cart. lolllllll

I was a Secty for a Karate School, run by the craziest man ever. My duties included getting people to sign contracts and giving them a "1st Lesson", so they couldn't slip away.

He screamed at me all the time and when I was fired, decided to file for unemployment. I was surprised when I got it, and found out he was such an asshole to the investagater - that they gave me the benifit of the doubt - when I called him abusive.

I worked at the Holiday INN Express once, for 6 hours dressed in a suit and tie trying to up sell poor tired travelers to deluxe rooms that didn't want in the first place. Making $6.85 an hour.

I also picked dew worms and sold them during the summer months to fishermen. My back still hates me.
