I would link via niched model pages and also category pages, so you would also need to have those enabled and once the surfer is on there he cannot get access to the "grey area" categories. same goes once hes inside the members area.

webmaster admin you can create your own VOD theater and select the categories you would like to show / promote.
and create as many as you like for tracking sales/hits.
