Here's the thing ... the debit card attached to my epassporte was my
paypal mastercard (no monthly statements) ...
Twelve days ago, paypal notified me that Mastercard had
canceled a block of cards that a merchant had reported a compromised card in ... (apparently it is standard procedure from Mastercard) ... so after arguing with the paypal rep for 30 minutes, and being transferred to a supervisor, Paypal agreed to send my replacement card by DHL courier two days later ... so no I had not updated the attached card yet ...
The second problem I have is that my driver's license is currently under suspention - I had to surrender it to the court ... and this is/was my only government issued photo ID -- I don't own a passport.
A good 30-40% of my income arrives through epassporte ... so yes I rely on part of this money to pay my bills.
