Avoid NOLA, Emeril's restaurant. I took a party of 8 there, they spilled my food on me, and only offered me a t-shirt. Not one of the kind that you'd buy; the sort they give the dishwashers. They have notoriously bad service there.

My girlfriend was wondering about Emeril's. She went to the one in Vegas and did not like it, but she wasn't sure if the one in New Orleans would be better; doesn't sound like it is.
