    Seven-year-old Latarian Milton, accompanied by a seven-year-old friend, takes his grandmother's Dodge Durango on an eight-minute joyride. Ted White reports for WPBF 25 of West Palm Beach, Florida.

    Milton: "I took my grandma car because I got mad at my mom. And then I [unintelligible] had my friend come in. And he smokes with cigarettes."

    Milton: "I wanna do it 'cause it's fun. It's fun to do bad things ? and drive into a car."
    Reporter: "Did you know that you could perhaps kill somebody?"
    Milton: "Yes, but I wanted to do hoodrat stuff for my friend."

    Reporter: "You don't think you should be punished for all of this?"
    Milton: "Just a little bit ? no video games for a whole weekend."

    Police officer: "You understand that now your grandma's gonna have to pay to have those cars fixed because you hit those cars."
    Milton: "Can my mom help her?"

              That's horrible. This boy can hurt himself and kill somebody else. But the worth thing is that he is not sorry for all of this he is telling that it was fun to do bad things, and that he knows that he could kill somebody, but he don't care. What will be with this boy when he grown up. When he will be let's say 20 and will be angry with his girlfriend what will he do?

                              that would never happen here. No not because of a difference between american and european people. It's because nobody drives automatics here! I lil guy like that who 'just yanked that thing' doesnt know how the clutch and manual transmission works so he probably couldnt even drive off lol.

                                      First of all, do people not raise their own children anymore? The grandmother is raising his punk ass.

                                      And most importantly... do people not beat their children anymore? Seriously- beat your children. They will thank you for it when they're older. And so will society.

                                                                          Its very sad that Grandmother is raising this punk, but even sadder that the only thing he sees as good punishment is to be grounded off video games. I'd be warming that ass if he was my kid. My 7 and 8 yr olds know momma whoop that ass if they are bad.

                                                                          P.S. My momma beat me and I'm a better person for it today! I would never dream of back talking my mother or stealing any cars for fun! LOL

                                                                                          To be fair, I don't think I ever got an ass beating, but it was only because I KNEW 100% for certain that my parents would not hesitate to dole one out if I stepped out of line. If I were that kid, I would have been begging to be locked up because when my father got ahold of me, it would have been very bad news.

                                                                                          My mom was always the more laid back and easy going of the two, but if I went on camera and said it was "fun" to do bad stuff, she would have literally jumped on top of me with the whole world watching and beat my ass to the ground. And by the time she got off me, my grandmother and at least two of my aunts would have been on the scene and lined up to take their turn.
