                      the banks are just making more sadly, with all the mortgage foreclosures not only are banks not passing the savings onto us but they're also making it incredibly hard to refinance or pull out a new mortgage.

                      My score dropped slightly under 700 due to some recent purchases and I couldn't refinance my house because of it! they've gotten incredibly picky...
