anyone interested in buying an established user-based web business. built in ASP. it is only a few months old. site is already indexed with google and major search engines. has top rankings for several of our sites keywords. we had higher page rank when the site first opened, but too much traffic caused shared host to go down. it is now on a dedicated windows server.
have not touched it since end of december due to time constraints. we have AdBrite on the site and it has been doing well, however we are just now switching to google adsense to experiment as we have been told it can make more.
Current Users: 62156 (newsletter ability coded, users never been mailed)

there is additional income from the site in the form of banner advertisements, no real high numbers, although there have been sales. there are too many diff stats to log into to get actual figures.
site runs itself, and continues to grow. with proper promotion and time invested, it will do much better than it is now.

not desperate to sell the site, but its to the point where we should to spend a few weeks working hardcore on it to really blow it up since it is already started with snowball potential. unfortunately, due to time constraints this would have to be put on the back burner for a few months since we are preoccupied so we'd take an upfront lump sum.
