i think most people are going to recommend OpenAds formerly PhpAdsNew - maybe there is something simpler out there.

OpenAds and phpAdsNew is now http://OpenX.org It really is the best way to go. One installation can control ads on all of your sites.

OpenAds is the way to go. Its a somewhat steep learning curve but if you read the help and the forums it will not be to hard for you to get a handle on it.

I usally just get a virtual account somewhere and use it only for openx.
