    I had to pull out the big guns this morning.....

    Seems like the neighbors were having a bit of a party last night. They were up until at least 4am and being fairly loud. No biggie, people will party from time to time so that's all good...

    BUT.....

    The mother fuckers were standing in their back yard shooting a BB-Gun at plastic bottles on the fence. Of course, drunk party guests shooting in a dark back yard at 3:30 am tend to be a shitty shot so not only am I hearing the pop of the gun but I am hearing the ricochet of the BB's as they bounce off the back of my place.

    So, I stepped out onto the balcony and asked if they mind if I start shooting back.

    They apologised, went into the house, and finally got quiet about half an hour later.

    This morning, I was laying in bed and woke to the sound of a now all too familiar "pop" noise. This time I loaded up my potato gun and launched an apple (they work better than potatoes) into the back of their house.

    Mine made a much bigger noise when it hit.

                                              Is it illegal ?

                                              I have freaking Pigeons trying to nest at my house, I don't mind their noise, but I can't stand them shitting on my deck. I have thought about taking them down with a BB gun.

                                              But wonder if its illegal ? I live in california, they have stupid laws when it comes to animals, just want to make sure I don't get into trouble for it.

                                                                                                                                                                      It's illegal to shoot a bb gun in the city limits, I also live in cali and was looking into it. I fucking hate the pigeons.
