                                                                      I don't remember there being any hype about it. It looked sucky to start with. AN AMERICAN HAUNTING, now that's a horror movie to look forward to. Comes out in about a month.

                                                                              I never played the game and saw the movie on Friday. I thought it was pretty fucking sick. I am into older horror movies and I am not really into newer flicks like Hostel and Saw.

                                                                                          I saw it yesterday. It had some good imagery and special effects, but the story was poorly written and the plot was very weak. Also, the acting was not very good. Overall, a terrible movie.

Mabye we saw two different movies. I thought it was some quality entertainment, and Im usually pretty cynical about movies these days. Wasnt the best movie of the year, but compared to most horror/thrillers that come out these days i thought it held its own.

                                                                                                                          Really cool and creative visuals, nice cinematography, acting was adequate, thought the story was interesing enough.

                                                                                                                          Never played the video game though, mabye that has something to do with it?
