If its the same guy I think your talking about who has been to congress, supposedly has NASA contracts and such. Then I know who you are speaking of. I also have copies of his patents. Most of the patent is utter BS with just a single page that really helps. It sort of explains how best to extract the hydrogen from oxygen. Does not list the pulse frequency he speaks of anywhere so that went when he did.
Tap water when pushed through this process also develops a shit load of gunk from the impurities in the water, something the guy never talked about and went on how tap is fine. Really it is not. Next issue past the silly ass circuit board, using plastic spacers and not metal ones like suggested, and of course plenty of thin spaced aluminum instead of rods for more surface contact. You still have not that plentiful of hydrogen production along with needing to heat sink the water as it does rise in temp (again a claim original guy said otherwise).
Now if your willing to just have a hydrogen plant on your property and retrofit your car with some pressurized tanks then go for it as you can have your car. Thinking you can pour water in your car and just let it go is another matter all together.
Now who wants to develop that ebook, I have all the info's and its tested (well not the car part, but production is).
