Dumbest ever business venture?

Venture 1)

Started a mowing business years ago - just in time for a drought...!

Venture 2)

Spent four months in India, threw a grand into building a porn site targeting local Indians. Market potential was huge - 500 million sex starved males. It couldn't miss.

Unfortunately no bastard has a credit card...!

Venture 3)

Today I just copped a $75 fine for wearing an offensive t-shirt... I shit you not... but get this, I own the goddamn company that makes em! Now how the hell am I gonna sell em?!

$19.95, plus shipping, plus possible fines for offensive behaviour... good business, huh?

Know anyone stupid enough to buy, what could end up being a $100 t-shirt...?!

How do you get fined for wearing an offensive t shirt? I know Australia frowns upon civil liberties but that seems a bit much.

I know a gal that bought a t-shirt at a local event and put it on..

It said, "God of Fuck" on it..
The cops took her home to change because lots of folk in the little hick town were freakin out.. So she put on a Charles Manson shirt, which was acceptable.. go figger..

I'm kinda confused by the "We're not alternate."

Are kids these days worried about being a second choice,
or did someone not check copy before the screen printer
started. I may be showing my age, but as it's stated on
the shirt, I'm fairly sure that "We're not alternative." fits
the statment being made.

Good spam though, I went through the whole site and
even considered buying the "Abolute" shirt.

I would think the fact that the shirt is illegal in some places would be a selling point.

Yeah hitting up a lucrative venture can be a hit and miss experience. They say 3rd time's a charm though so hang in there. Sucks about getting hassled over Kuntz, seems to me spelling difference alone should make you immune but wtf do I know about Australia..good luck!

I started a "TRUE ALTERNATIVE MUSIC" band back in the late '90's we specialized in the true alternative to music...which is silence...got a few gigs, but when we just stood there on stage for an hour people stopped coming...it was fun while it lasted, we even had alternative roadies...which was just a hand full of lube.
