i understand the company policy thing, but who is to say you are "medicating" at work. I could see where mabye private businesses might be able to reject an applicant or terminate an employee. But it seems discriminatory...if they did the same thing to an aids patient because of the medications he took, I'm sure they would get their asses handed to them in court. And if it is a state law any business recieving money from the state or state facility should be forced to allow it......i suppose stoners are just too lazy to show up and fight it in court

as for the probation action that is funny as hell
