    Does my website suck?

    now you can be honest

    i´m running a pretty young blog (watch my sig), and i can need any kind of feedback you have for me. so just tell me does it rock, or suck?

          I see a blog that looks like all the other copycat blogs but it has a background image that is to busy for me to look at any more, closed window in 10 sec.

                      *Shit background image circa 1996
                      *Watermarks on "fun pics" that you don't own the rights to
                      *WMV videos compressed to shit
                      *Picture galleries advertising sites other than where the pictures are from


                      So your answer is: Yes, your site sucks.

                                          I gotta go with the group on this one. There's nothing exciting, new, or interesting on your site to make people want to go there. And it's not like the name of it is something that will draw people in either.

                                              The zero instead of an "O" in the domain is a huge branding liability. Not to mention you put it on a .org. That is two strikes before we even get into the site itself.

                                              The site looks very unfinished, but that is common for new sites regardless of how much work was put into their launch.

                                              One thing to me that really stands out is there should probably be some tint to the main box area so that the background doesn't show through 100%. I think you can put a semi-transparent PNG there, but you'll have to use the javascript hack to get it working in IE6.

                                                  Yes, it does suck. I'd be genuinely surprised if you grew that site to any decent amount of traffic, or made any sales with it.
