Spike TV has the Ultimate Fighter, the Ultimate Fight Nights MMA specials and this new show DEA is pretty good actually. (Al Roker the weatherman is exec. producer, believe it or not). Not sure if Spike has anything else good, but who cares, I have Tivo and I don't have loyalty to any channel per se, just my favorite shows, even if they are the only good thing on a given channel at that time.
