          I thought. I had rock bottom prices. I guess not.

          The lowest I go is $5 for a static banner.
          banners, HTML5 banners, Bluray/DVD covers, full page ads, half page ads, headers, logos, 100% responsive galleries, SEO optimization, social media mgmt.

                          Sorry I was sick yesterday. To answer your questions:

                          - I put my prices so low cause I'm a starting designer, need to create a clientele
                          - I live in Slovakia (and Hungary too), $40 bucks is not enough for electricity . So first ask... then judge!

                          What is so wrong when I start low? Would you say I'm ok if I said my banners are $100 each ? That's little weird.

                              In some poor countries... Maybe not 40$/month, but some more... Like 100$/month = avg salary in Ukraine or Belarus, 80-90$/month = avg in Tajikistan, etc. So look, you're designer in Belarus, you make (monthly) 40 banners for 3$/each, 20 galls for 8$/each, your income = 280$, so you may call yourself RICH
