I have busted this guy, he did a couple of sales, then there was a chargeback or refund on each, but he collected his 100 bucks...

All the information was pointed out to CCbill and I just got this response..

Thanks for the information. We are deactivating the affiliate because they have been confirmed as fraudulent. As you mentioned some of the transactions have already started to charge back.
