at what resolution do you consider images to be "high-resolution"??

i see alot of places talking about how the have high resolution images that are say 650px by 1000px. then i see other that are like 1050px by 1400px. Reading reviews i see they often have a "hi res: yes / no" heading in their summaries too. With monitors reaching higher and higher resolutions, at what point is an image considered high resolution now?

obviously i consider a 1050x1400px image to be high resolution, but is 600x1000px cuttingit for this description anymore?
