Nucleaus is better... say users of Nucleaus.
It got LOOOOOOOOOOOOOOTS of plugins but i love wordpress

I have been using Joomla for a few things, but it's a bit more than just a blog engine.

Wordpress is good.. although I heard Movable Type was good too.
