    Cooking for 12 mentally challenged children

    give me some tips people PLEASE
    they eat pretty much anything except tuna fish ( dont ask why - none of them even attempt to eat it they just scream at you fi you give it to them)

    last night I did lasanga

    toinght i am doing an enchalda caserol and then after that i am dead out of idea's

    what is something that i can make EASY and in BULK

    i got suckered into 10 days of baby sitting lol

      If you put a plate full of grilled cheese sandwiches in front of me, and I didn't have to make them...I'd eat every single one.

      Actually, that would go for just about anything someone else made for me.

                      Whatever you do don't make anything that is messy like spaghetti with red sauce.

                      Make instead make spaghetti with butter and buy turkey meat.

                      Turkey meat will sedate the kids and make the fall asleep. Always give them warm milk. Hide all the snacks with sugars. Don't give them soda or anything with sugar.

                          I worked in a few places dealing with these kids when I was a student - and Fish Sticks are always a winner. They cant get enough of them.

                                  Agree to that!!

                                  If you want easy pasta just put pesto on it and choice of cheese. Easy as that!

                                  Always remember no SUGAR for kids! makes them go crazy!!!

                                  You can also ask them to help you in the kitchen, they like that!
