                  Tam's dialer is very good for me. I have been using it for almost 2 months, and the hold time averages over 10 minutes. In my experience (i.e. with my traffic) that is almost twice as good as the other dialers I have tried.

                          but you do not comply with icstis or tisc and they Will shut you down and they could also take legal action aginst you and your webmasters, unless you comply. If you need help with this contact me and i will step you thru it,so you dont get any nasty suprises.

                                                          But neither are you I didn't see PIN number protection, a timer, or a walled garden on your dialers.

                                                          Either way, I have been told icstis is optional.

                                                          For our dialer network we're not going to take any chances and just be compliant with ICTIS and just do the PIN number, timer, and walled garden for the UK.
