Can someone please tell me what the point was here?

I rejected it as I saw no potential for income and only bandwidth consumption. I"m wondering if maybe they were just buzzzzzed and forgot wtf they were doing?

I don't know - the main page seems fairly clean. You would think if he was a big fan of redirects - he would be doing it on his main page as well.

I would think even a scammer would put up some ads as to not draw attention, but I could be wrong...

I was getting a pile of submissions like that to my tgp. I couldn't figure out what the hell the point was, I too figured it was a pile of blind links just waiting to happen.
I black listed them pretty quick.

correct me if I'm wrong but those are all Sweet Seventeen pics, note the head bands on most of the models.

These models are all certified to be 17 years old when the pics were taken, this is a dutch outfit where such things are legal. I believe you will go to jail and not pass go for hosting cp on a north american server?
