First off -- we are not trying to keep sonomasnaps money. We are trying to give it back to him, since if he is not happy, that's life and I am not going to go round with him over 50 bucks. He is more than welcome to have his money back.
What I do NOT understand is why he would want to get a check, wait two weeks for the CA banks to clear his check, AND pay a fee to cash the check.
He is NOT a bad guy, I don't think. He doesn't need to be dogging Backov's people skills, that is NOT his place, especially when I've already said as much... for that matter *MY* people skills suck sometimes....
sonomasnap, if you'd like to take that refund on Epassporte again, we will issue it and I'll give you a $50 credit to Spotbrokers.com as well to spend as you want to, no strings. It just makes so much more sense from every standpoint... but if not, then hopefully when I get home you have emailed me and we can work out something else, ok?

This situation seems to have gotten blown well out of proportion. Kudos to Spotbrokers for trying to resolve this matter in such a professional fashion...most company's wouldn't have gone to the lengths they have to do so....

So in essence there was no refund. I do not blame them for the epassporte program and again only asked to be notified when my money was being send via the mail as backov had told me it would.

OK heres the update I promised.
I've talked in email to sonomasnap and we've got his refund issue worked out.
He's also got a $50 credit in our system to use buying traffic.
I appreciate the fact that after he came out slamming us he was willing and able to see both sides of the coin and move on. It's not everyday or everybody that has that ability.Comment
