    Massages at a spa? Who gets them?

    Who here gets massages, and how often? Do you find it necessary to pamper yourself regularly to get the edge off work?

    I used to go 2x a month to the spa for a 1 hour massage each time.. have not been doing it lately though.. but I just found a spa down the road that has $45 1 hr. massages on tuesday and thursdays.. good deal..

      Weekly, in house. May start to switch that to twice a week.
      They bring in table and all. It is like 240.00 a month.

              I go to Massage Envy weekly. I do an hour and a half each time. My back is some kind of mess!
