what do you think about that surfers don`t join

People are cheap... don't take it personally... I get tons of hits too and very few signups.

Make it more atractive.
With the outside you try to show what you have on the inside.
It does not look atractive to me.
And the 2 pictures are not sharp.

Any other tips and tricks !?

IPAddresses are a BITCH to remember also...you may have alot of first time hitters, but they cannot remember your site to go back and sign up with...just an FYI

I would make sure their is some sort of ad either above the pics or between them. I think many surfers will just click the thumbs and move on.

Ivan I looked at your gallery and I didn't even see a link to your sponsor at first!! You need to make your sponsor links alot bigger or else nobody is going to even bother taking a look at your sponsor.

Make larger text links, straightforward, and be creative - just not too "cluttered"

On an average day, a get about 3 signups from my submitted galleries 2 from one of my freesites, and about 4 from my combination of CJ and TGP sites. And of course those evil dialer minutes. Somedays are better, some are worse.

I dont make close to what the big players are making...nor do I claim to remotely know what I am doing in this business. However, I do make a decent living...I even took a BMW325Ci on a test drive the other day.

Ivan...look closely at your gallery...would it make "you" as a surfer decide to pay for some porn?

Remember that people viewing your gallery and site, are looking for FREE porn...no matter where it's coming from. Whether it's coming from TGP's, link trades, or search engines...they are looking to get off for FREE.

Figure out how you can Tease the surfer more...make him want to click on your banner ad, or dialer.

Try different approaches of this. Experiment and see what works best.

Sounds stupid...but surf the TGP's with your dick in your hand. Be a surfer, looking to do nothing more than jerkoff.
I know you have been there...you open 50 galleries, only to close them immediately. Finally you find a girl or gallery that catches your interest.

Why did you stop on that gallery? Was it the girl? Was it the niche? Was it the perceived personality of the girl? What was it?

Incorporate (not copy) what you find into your own Gallery and Site making. Soon you will find your own way of doing things in this business. Everybody is different...so It's all up to you.

Hello, new to the game, trying to learn as much as I can about this adult biz. If each sign up is worth $35to $40 to you, sounds like youre doing something right. In my old line of work that sort of income would take 7 hours/day of cold calling & 3 hours of 'busywork'- (travel etc). I do beleive I could learn a lot from you.
