Queen is so awesome, Bohemian Rhapsody, Who Wants To Live Forever, Hammer to Fall, I Want It All, Killer Queen, The Show Must Go On... there are so many great songs. I don't think I could single out one song as "best".
Your thread inspires me to make today a Queen day and listen to nothing but Mr Mercury and cohorts all day long.
