been done . if your account was created by a sponsor , the secret question isnt set.. the only way to get it reset is to get keyser to change it . The telephone reps are useless. been waiting 2 days

On my part epass sent me to my email 2 sets but different NEW passwords. Why they gave me 2 different password? Wierd. I tried both and its still not working. Calling epass and nobody answers. I have e-mailed them and so far im waiting for thier reply.

Called at 2am last night, gave them required info, he reset pw and sent new pw to my email. Logged in. Yes an extra step, but its fixed now.

Of course they can't. Much the same with the 'works for me so there can't be a problem' type of answers that you get as standard in these threads. But then those types are also the ones that scream loudest when stuff stops working for them or the company in question screws them for a change (the second part obviously not directed at epass but several other companies that are good examples spring to mind).

I switched to checks this morning. I am all about eliminating stress. If the PO loses a check, I can have it verified that I never cashed it. How do you have it verified if you never get an epass payment a sponsors says they sent?

The accounts affected by this can still receive money, I have asked about it and cheked it myself.

For those that have contacted me with password issues, those passwords are being reset now, it takes a bit of time to go thru each account but they are working on it now. Please remember to check the spam folders when you check your email, at gmail atleast it goes to the spam folder.

If you were supposed to have received a transfer from a sponsor and it don't show up.
1) Ask the sponsor if they send you the payment.
2) If they did contact me.
3) We will look into it and check if the transfer were made.

I've had someone contact me about this 4-5 times in the last 4-5 months and it was a simple problem solved by the affiliate contacting the sponsor.

Just logged in and seen that I too was locked out of my epass....

Called the customer service, spoke to a rep named Danny , He reset my password and sent it to my email within under 2 minutes.

It's all good. Thought there was something sketchy going on here, but all is well.
