I'm 20 and dated a 26 year old when I was 18. I wasn't ready to settle down or anything, but I was definitely a lot more mature than he was. He'd try and get me to skip school with him to go test drive cars. We only dated for about a month, when I found out his "job" had "fallen through" about 8 months earlier, and he had no intention of getting a new one.
I say as long as you're both happy and theres no insecurity about it at all, age doesn't make a difference. She might be concerned down the road that you're into younger girls and when she gets old, you'll trade her in for a newer model.

The youngest I've dated is 27, I'm 30. Maybe its just me but I find that girls in their early 20's lack maturity. It also seems that most younger girls that like older guys are looking for a daddy.
