Trades are trades when no parties are paid any money and split all costs. In such case all masters and originals should be traded evenly. If one party puts in any $$ on a shoot then they have 1st say on how the content is shared BUT that should also be discussed in advance what the limits are going to be on the content prior to shooting so the other person can decide then if its worth their time and effort to do the shoot.
For example, if the model pays for location and other talent and offers to split the content with the photog for shooting it, then the model can say (in advance) that the content can only be used on his site and not for DVD release. If the photog does not like that agreement then he can just not do the shoot OR offer to do a full swap if he pays 1/2 the cost of location and other talent.
