No we recieve the content and its small pics size wise...less than half that id usually use.. AND its watermarked with the photographers site , and the video was given in 1 size, very low res quick time format ALSO watermarked.

explain gently that you should receive the content without watermarks and a full rez, stills and vid. probably dealing with a newb
