That could be it too. I have had so many surgeries in the past 4 years on my foot, that I haven't been able to be as active as I usually am. Funny, I can't exercise because of medical reason and I take up smoking all after my 30th birthday. It's that the time you are supposed to start and stop all that shit? haha I am walking everyday now because of Coty, and I am running up and downstairs now since I have moved. But I am not doing all MY body can do.
