OMG your post has totally made me feel better, with a ton of hope on the side. Two packs a day? What the fuck? You would have to have a cig in your hand all the time! That is insane. I am glad you quit, a cig every now and again socially to me is still quit. Anything in moderation is ok. If I smoked every now and again, a few at a show or whatever I would be fine. It's just as unhealthy as anything else you do, drinking too much, eating sugar too much, fried foods all the time, soda all the time.

Thank you so much for posting your experience. I am not picking up a cig. Damn now I want to smoke one. haha I did get really bitchy this morning just thinking about it so no one piss me off, I will come out like a wet cat with his tail caught in a door jam.
