    thank you epass!!

    today i was runnin around like a chicken with its head cut off (tryin to do tax stuff before 5pm and it was around 4:45pm) and i ended up losing my epass card in the process (i think i left it at the atm at my bank).

    so its midnight & i noticed that im missing my card!!!!!!!! Called up epass, they canceled that card immediatly and i'll be getting a new one in 10-14 days the whole convo was 10 mins...gotta love 24/7 support!


    THANKS EPASS!! Thats the first time I ever lost a credit/debit/atm card before. Scary shit

          Hmm..isnt it supposed to work that way?

              It's just barely good support. Good support would be if they sent you a new card overnight free of charge. They are charging you $35 to get a plastic card deliverd in about 2 weeks time, that's not GREAT support.

                  true true. im just thankful that i got someone on the phone, fast, that knew what the hell they were doing. now, if they could wave the fee, THAT WOULD NICE!! but its my fuck up. Im the dumbass who lost the card.
