Kihei Town or Wailea on Maui would be great as it's paradise. But Honolulu would offer more party spot opportunities and cheaper hotels for the masses.
Maui closes up shop for the most part about 9pm. A few local beach bars going strong late but nothing that would be suitable for a webmaster after party.
