They have a large pool of buyers who buy domains between 6 and 96 times monthly revenue. If your adult domain is generic and typin, you get quite alot of money. For example www.bigboobs.com would easilly sell for 96 times revenue. But you'll get 6 months or so for big-tits-are-great-tattas.com.

You would be surprised how mutch adult names (typein) go for. I wouldn't sell a single generic adult domain for 36 months. And if I did, tens of big domainers would buy all the names I had for sale.
