Can you suggest any programs for opt-in emails? I want to have my own program for my server so people can subscribe and I can send out newsletters.

go with bighip.com, the costs aren't bad and its much easier then doing it yourself, they provide everything you need and are whitelisted on most major isps which helps with your delivery rates.
At the end of the day you could have the biggest and best lists compiled but if you can't get to their inbox its worthless.Comment
