    Photo/Thumb Editors:

    I'm looking for a GREAT editor that can retouch images/thumbnails.

    This is something I try to outsource for months... but it seems very difficult to find somebody doing a good job in this area. I'm talking about manual job that can take you 5 minutes to retouch one single 350x263 thumbnail.

    1. Manual job only

    2. Airbrush must cover ALL the female body. Use 3-4 different Airbrush size to actually cover 100% of the area... if I zoom-in and see a place you did not do, I'm not gonna pay. Is that simple enough?

    3. Quality, Quality, Quality. If you can't come close to thumbs on www.teenport.com don't even bother.

                  post an example please. figure $1 USD per image. standard 'airbrush' rate. that's what I would/will charge. -bmb

                      ie:

                      1. Resize to 350x
                      2. Adjust Brightness/Contrast
                      3. Manual Airbrush, sharpen in certain case.
                      4. Save to .PSD

                      Some thumbs can take 1 minutes, and other 5 min depending on the quality of the source and the action. A butt shot is done very quickly for example ;) If you are quick and efficient, you should be able to do 30 per hour.

                              well, we do that and we know one or two things about that, although I'm not a big fan of "china doll" look (as a tour designer I need my designs to convert and that look is the anti conversion by excellence) we can do it anyway. I rather prefer to keep the "human" look and bring out all the good stuff and cover just the obvious flakes. Anyway, some samples:















                              btw, just in case, to get to $1 we need to talk about HUGE bulk deals, if you think you can make 30 HQ thumbs in one hour maybe that's why you can't get quality.

                              Another thing: must of the samples you posted don't use or use very little manual airbrush so really not sure what you mean. anyway, take a look at the sample (i've more) and if you like them contact me on ICQ or use the contact form on my site

                                                                                  Every sample in this thread, except the posters sample is way over done and looks like over sharpened shit.
