Looks good, but you should use a script which uses hardlinks instead of the "out.php?id=whatever" type. That's better for the search engines, and blogs like it more. It would be even better if you could do the same for the inbound links, using the ref to determine which site the hit came from (it makes cheating a bit easier, but not much). That way, your toplist could also get a PR, and share it with the top senders (which, in turn... etc.).

hmm....with hardlinks on the site it's kinda hard to track the productivity. I give "bonus points" for really good prod.

I'll probably start another toplist soon with nothing but hardlinks and use a dif script to track in/out

Good point. But, although it's hard, it's not impossible. You could, for example, do an onclick reloading of a miniature "image" which is actually a prod tracker. That way, you could still count productivity. Just thinking aloud now though.
