I conducted the survey via an email questionnaire of PORN.COM customers. To be sure, there might be some favorable sample bias in light of the fact that they are already customers who have been re-billed longer than 2 months (and must therefore be reasonably happy.) But the idea was to learn what factors went into their decision to become a PORN.COM member and stay a PORN.COM member.
I minored in stats at University so I tried to design a fair survey that would get reasonably accurate opinions of my representative sample: satisfied customers.
