First off, Fabien, like Sly said, if you have received any further invoices, ignore them, that is in fact an error on our part as I had your account canceled. If anything further was billed beyond the first invoice it will be refunded.
Secondly, this is a prime example of why we decided to migrate 99% of support and sales communication to our archived help desk years ago... selective memory. You want to match your selective excerpts against our time stamped archive then we can do that.
Normally I wouldn't waste this much time on something like this but Sly doesn't deserve they way you treated him in all of this.
The simple fact is there was a lack of understanding and communication right off the bat with you. No one ever tried to scam you, but you weren't very forth coming at first, only saying your site was small, around 1K visitors per day and you provide no stats for us to analyze. I'll give you the benefit of the doubt as well as take you at your own words that you didn't understand servers or bandwidth. But that does not remove you from the responsibility of paying for what you signed up for and used in the first month.
First Sly was a scammer, now you have back tracked and I'm the asshole, OK, great... I'm an asshole then. But Sly is far from one and the last person in the adult sector that would try to scam you. He tried to help you out and gave you a great server that could quickly scale up as he knew you would quickly eat up the BW with a Tube Style site, even though you didn't understand what we were trying to explain to you. Once Sly understood what your site was and that you were on a budget since you were still "testing your site" he recommended our base 3 MBPS plan for $150, which was unmetered/capped since you didn't want any surprises. So, not surprisingly, what happens right off the bat? You max the cap out. On 2/22 Chris explained this concept to you again, we remove it and Sly explains that you need to UPGRADE YOUR BANDWIDTH PLAN, NOT YOUR SERVER as you keep telling everyone. Your server could have pushed around 100 MBPS. You've already said the server ran fine, it was never a server issue. You replied back and said "Okay". Sly updated you later that day on the BW usage saying we would let it run over the weekend. The following week once you realized the bandwidth was moving up and Sly said we needed to change the plan you said no, you wanted a refund. After going back and forth and trying to explain BW usage to you we decided to waive the required 30 day notice and let you cancel, but sorry, you are still responsible for paying for the first month of usage. You can threaten to charge back all you want, but you are responsible for it, bottom line.
On a final note, we also made it clear to you that legal tube style sites are fine, our terms state legal adult sites. So, based on what I see on your site now, we would have quickly gotten DMCA notices about your Illegal use of content, terminated your account for violation of our TOS and you still would have come here to call us "motherfucking scumbags".
